Pattisier... the dessert artist


Pastry chef or pattisier is a person who works behind the beautiful and art-like dessert. They are the one who will make the dessert things in the restaurant or cafe. 






A patisier must be creative in order to create new recipe of pastries. They must also have a good taste and professional skill to design the plate for dessert. Beside skills, a patisier also use some techniques to make the masterpiece. It also requires a lot of hard work to be a patisier. They have to struggle both physically and mentally. While they have to be always productive in their work they also have to consent their mind to make a new things. 

Their other techniques is approach the consumers. They will interact with costumers a lot in order to understand customers' interest toward their product. The more they interact with the customers, the more they will serve them well.
Therefore, a job as a patisier is not only that they have to have a good skill but also they must be communicative. The creativeness will come along with their result from interacting with the customer. 
A pattisier is not only a chef or someone who is good at cooking but they're an artist in designing and making a masterpiece dessert.
